About WordSeek

WordSeek was born from a very common frustration: wanting something simple and finding mandatory sign-ups, limited free tiers, and tools that complicate what should be easy.

I'm a systems engineer and web developer, and one day I decided that if a simple tool didn't exist, I would build it myself. That's how WordSeek came to be — a completely free educational word games platform, no registration, no limits, available in 14 languages.

I have two daughters — one is 3 years old and one is 2 months old — and since they came into my life I started seeing the world differently. I know that at some point they'll sit in front of a screen to learn, and I want when that moment comes, they find something made with love — something that invites them to discover rather than frustrates them. Thinking about their future and about the community, I built WordSeek.

WordSeek is my way of giving something back to the community. I have received so much from free software and from people who share their knowledge without asking for anything in return. This project is my way of being grateful for all of that — a tool built with care, designed for learning, and freely given to whoever needs it.

I believe that learning through play is not a whim, but the most appropriate way to teach and learn. That's why every puzzle, every game and every language in WordSeek is designed so that knowledge arrives without feeling like an effort.

I want to keep building projects that help my daughters grow and that help the community. More projects are on the way.

Thank you for playing.
